Here Are the Steps And Stages Of Registration

Step 1: Personal Information

Enter the following mandatory information

  • First name
  • surname
  • work cell phone
  • Work Email: Must be a unique email address and cannot be used by more than one person.
  • Create a username (must be between 7 and 64 characters).
  • Create the password.
  • Enter the required text and select the Next button.

Step 2: Account Login: Once the personal information is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent from [email protected] with the subject “Confirm email_during_registration”. Verify your account by clicking the verification link in the email.

Step 3: Security Question – Choose a security question from the list of pre-selected questions and enter an answer. This must be filled in five times with a different answer for each question. Each answer must be at least four characters long. Select the Save Answers button when finished.

Step 4: Account Verification: Account verification will be displayed. Choose the Next button to proceed to the next step.

After successfully logging in, the portal will ask you to configure your multi-factor authentication (MFA) credentials. For step-by-step instructions, see Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Step 5: Organization Information: Answer the following questions:

Select User Type: Salesperson/Vendor or Salesperson

Your role (see the role table at the top of the page for descriptions)

Step 6: Add vendors/suppliers.

Step 7: Registration Request Submitted – Upon successful registration, a confirmation is displayed and the following actions are required to access the portal. For further assistance or follow-up:

Steps to Enroll in the Noridian Medicare Portal

  • When the agreements are read and accepted
  • Visit https://www.noridianmedicareportal.com/web/nmp/home and enter your username and password.
  • New users must first register by following the instructions above.

Username Requirements

  1. Must start with an alpha character
  2. It can only contain the following special characters: period (.), underscore (_), or hyphen (-)
  3. No consecutive special characters
  4. Special character cannot be the last character
